It was an early start for the Iceni Devils who travelled away to RAF Lakenheath. With a depleted squad, and facing a tough new team to the division, the Devils knew this was going to be a difficult game.

Lakenheath pressed hard straight from tip-off and with a high number of fast-breaks, opened the scoring with 12 unanswered points. Devils continued to put on the pressure on defence, but struggled to box out against the physicality of the Lady Eagles. As the game progressed, Devils improve their offensive movements with some great cuts to the basket, however it was not enough to close the large gap in the score. The final score was 92-15.

The Devils did not give up and can take positives away from the game. Lots to work on in training before their next game of the season against UEA Panthers II.
